Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or Arnold Clark collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
